4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kpz99 accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Once a deposit is successful, it will be credited to your account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes of the request. You cannot submit a new withdrawal request until the current one is completed. Processing times may vary due to security and verification procedures.

4.3 Financial Responsibility

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kpz99 offers a 120% welcome bonus for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager an amount equal to the bonus amount × 15.

Examples—

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, making your total balance 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 520,000 Ks or more, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, making your total balance 820,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 300,000 × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified period to be eligible.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be accessed through wagering.
• Wagering requirements are considered met only when played on the games specified in each promotion's terms.
• Playing games that are excluded from bonus wagering may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• kpz99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonuses at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Losses from Gameplay

Losses can occur during gameplay, and kpz99's platform does not guarantee winning. Players are solely responsible for their own decisions.

6.2 Technical Errors

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

If kpz99 determines that any of these actions have occurred, winnings will be voided and the account will be suspended.
